When you order a fragrance via WhatsApp, our team confirms availability, pricing, and delivery details with you directly before payment and dispatch.

Returns & exchanges
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos where applicable. We will work with you on a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
- Unopened items in original packaging are easier to process for exchange
- Opened fragrance products may be eligible only where required by law or at our discretion
- Refunds, when approved, are processed via the original payment method where possible
